2. Pricing & Payment
Custom Orders / Production Projects
- 60% deposit required to begin production
- Remaining 40% balance due before delivery or installation
Smaller or Ready‑Made Items
- Full payment required before dispatch
Turnkey Projects
- Initial deposit (percentage agreed per project)
- Balance payable in stages (e.g., before shipping, before installation)
3. Order Fulfillment
- Timelines vary by customization and shipping method
- Delays due to customs or port clearance are beyond our control
4. Intellectual Property
- All product designs, content, and visuals presented by fns Home Store are the result of global design curation and client-specific customization
- While we draw from diverse design influences, each piece is uniquely tailored, ensuring originality and respect for intellectual property
- Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution of our content or customized designs is strictly prohibited
5. Dispute Resolution
- We aim to resolve any concerns through direct and respectful communication
- All matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pakistan, in accordance with applicable laws.
