Return Policy – fns Home Store
Each piece from fns Home Store is crafted with intention and tailored to your preferences. As such, our return policy reflects the care and customization involved in every order.
1. Custom Orders
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made furniture, including pieces with personalized dimensions, finishes, or design elements.
- Exceptions apply only in cases of verified damage or deviation from approved specifications.
- Orders are dispatched only after written client approval of final specifications.
2. Standard Items
- For non-custom accessories or décor items, return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item is faulty.
3. Inspection & Approval
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
- Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
