- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation
- Full refund issued via original payment method
2. After Production Begins
- Cancellation not permitted once customization starts
- Partial refund may apply for non-custom components

- Include order number and reason
- Confirmation shared within 2 business days
